Your tasks ##

• You are responsible for the goal-oriented leadership of the team, for ensuring quality, as well as for personnel planning and the promotion of employees
• You are responsible for market-compliant property management as well as ensuring the maintenance of the real estate portfolio consisting of residential and commercial spaces
• You advise owners and tenants, create and negotiate demanding contracts, and manage the facility managers
• You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including report generation
• You develop and manage the annual budget including forecasts and control the accounting of accounts payable
• You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution
• You monitor current rent policy and advise property owners on the determination of rent structures
• You carry out lease amendments, rent changes, and indexed rent adjustments

Your profile ##

• You possess a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or a Federal Diploma in Real Estate Agency
• You bring many years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have specialist knowledge in tenancy law, as well as construction and marketing knowledge
• Your native language is German and it is an advantage if you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
• You possess empathy and the ability to achieve top performance together as a team
• You think and act entrepreneurially and enjoy helping to shape Livit
• You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
• You possess high social and self-competence with the ability of self-regulation
