What you will do

• Warm service for the guest, from greeting to farewell
• Helping with plating and simple preparations in the service area
• Assistance with goods reception, storage and preparation
• Support in the dishwashing as well as compliance with hygiene and quality standards throughout the entire operation
• Responsibility for the closing shift in the evening

What you bring with you

• At least three years of experience in communal catering
• Joy in guest contact and a friendly appearance
• Team spirit, flexibility and the willingness to pitch in in a versatile manner
• Independent, clean and reliable way of working
• Good German skills, other languages an advantage

Our Bistro la Speranza in Theilerhaus in Zug is a lively meeting point for urban guests who appreciate honest, fresh and varied food. Every day we surprise with a new menu, uncomplicated, seasonal and full of flavor. Our concept combines fast, fair lunch offers with a cozy atmosphere in the evening.
As part of our team, you will work in shift operations, on Friday and Saturday from 18.00 to 21.30 in the late shift.
