Cook (M/W/D) Location Biathlon Arena Lenzerheide Type hourly wage, 60-80 % immediately or by agreement The Roland Arena is located in Lantsch/Lenz, about five kilometers away from the village center of Lenzerheide. Thanks to the multifunctional building architecture, the arena has developed into a well-known sports hotspot and is a meeting point for elite and up-and-coming athletes, recreational athletes, clubs and sports associations. Almost 60 beds distributed across double and multi-bed rooms, the Bistro Bualino and the cordial team make the sporting stay unforgettable. Your tasks • You make the kitchen of the Biathlon Arena a culinary experience • Professional preparation of hot and cold dishes while maintaining quality and hygiene • Working according to HACCP standards • Creative and appealing presentation of cold and hot dishes • You love cooking for buffets and large events Your talents & experiences • Passion & enthusiasm for the cooking profession • A pinch of creativity, ambition and innovation • Experience in the event kitchen • Solution-oriented action and quick grasp • Clean, organized and flexible working method • Completed vocational training or experience as a cook What we offer you • Plenty of room to bring in your own creativity and further develop the operation • Hiking and skiing area right outside the door • Small family-like kitchen team • An uncomplicated you-culture at eye level • You're not from the region?
