For one of our clients, we are looking for a Benefits Manager in a permanent 100% contract based in Genève. The employee will join the Benefits department.

Benefits Manager 100% (m / f)

Our client is a financial company in charge of benefits for several professional organizations in Genève.

Missions

• Support, information of insured persons during their affiliation request ;
• Information of companies during their questions regarding benefits ;
• Creation, entry of requests, verification of supporting documents and ensuring the correct application of benefit calculations ;
• Establishment of decisions, disbursements and payments of conventional social benefits and/or family allowances ;
• Correspondence and telephone information with companies or beneficiaries ;
• Collaboration with other internal departments ;
• Communication of issues to the fund administrators ;
• Participation in various meetings ;
• Monitoring of regulatory and legislative developments ;
• Reflection, implementation, application and communication regarding regulatory developments ;
• Participation in the updating and development of the internal IT system ;
• Writing and updating the service processes and procedures ;
• Various reportings ;
• Training of new employees ;
• Participation in daily office life.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a "Spécialiste en assurances sociales" federal diploma or at least a certificate of course attendance + experience ;
• Solid professional experience and proven expertise in the management of family allowance benefits or conventional social benefits ;
• Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written ;
• Mastery of other languages as an asset ;
• Habit of working in a structured manner, in a team and with a customer and solution orientation ;
• Organized and precise ;
• Great interpersonal skills and proof of diplomacy and tact ;
• High professional ethics ;
• Comfortable with numbers and standard IT tools (good command of Excel and .csv files) ;
• Available quickly.
