As part of the reinforcement of our teams, we are looking for a Network Engineer Missions: As a leader on network and security projects for our clients, you manage and coordinate deployment projects for network solutions and architectures (installation and configuration of switches, and routers, firewalls, reverse proxy...) You support the teams in charge of maintaining the operational conditions of network/security foundations (transfer of skills, assistance & support in case of complex incidents or following an incident consequent to a production deployment carried out by the project) You accompany sales representatives in the field during pre-sales phases and as an advisor in the network and security architecture of our clients You intervene in the audit and report writing phase You are responsible for securing the IT infrastructure of our clients / within the framework of your projects You participate in remote customer support You participate in the updating of technical documents and other procedures You ensure technological monitoring You will be based in Ecublens and you will have to travel to clients throughout French-speaking Switzerland, depending on the projects. Technological environment: \- Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, HPE/Aruba, Ruckus Switches \- Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls \- Sophos, Cisco, Aruba Wifi \- Sophos Intercept\-X, phish threat \- Antispam: Sophos, Cisco \- F5 Profile sought: Engineer training oriented towards networks or equivalent (Master, Bachelor HES or equivalent) You have proven experience of at least 2 years in a service company as a network engineer You have solid skills and knowledge of network hardware: switches, routers, firewalls You are rigorous, organized and demonstrate autonomy You have an exceptional sense of customer service and possess very good interpersonal skills You are dynamic, you have the capacity to win the trust of our clients You speak French and you have a good level of English both orally and in writing Driving license mandatory Specific conditions related to the position: Possibility of production deployment in the evening or on weekends On-call service Why apply?
