Shoppi Tivoli in Spreitenbach is the largest shopping and lifestyle center in Switzerland with over 160 shops on around 92’000 m² of retail space. Tivoli Real Estate Management AG manages the center's properties with over 70 employees. We are responsible for the rental of the retail premises, the operation, the technical maintenance as well as the cleaning and make the offering visible together with our marketing department. In this way, we design Shoppi Tivoli daily as a lively place of inspiration and encounter.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A: EMPLOYEE INFRASTRUCTURAL FACILITY MANAGEMENT AND HOUSEKEEPING (100%)

To support our team in infrastructural facility management and housekeeping, we are looking for a motivated and flexible personality.

Your tasks:

• Operation of technical systems in the area of caretaker services and parking
• Distribution of shopping carts to the individual stations
• Care of the disposal systems
• Professional disposal of various types of waste
• Grounds maintenance and cleaning of the general operational areas
• Snow removal/winter service on the streets and paths on the entire area

Your profile:

• Experience or training in the field of Facility Management is an advantage
• Understanding in the handling of cleaning equipment and machines
• Friendly, cheerful and team-oriented personality
• Quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Driving license category B mandatory
• Trailer test is an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Resilience and enthusiasm
• Willingness to work shifts, on-call duty, Saturday, Sunday and evening work
