Application Engineer (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Information Systems division, we are looking for an Application Engineer (M/F) whose main mission will be to contribute as a CMMS/EAM functional expert to strategic projects in the field of logistics, more specifically CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).

Responsibilities ##

• Write functional specifications based on user requirements
• Monitor and validate developments as well as configurations
• Train key users and support them during the deployment phases of the new EAM solution for Rolex
• Ensure maintenance of the solution and user support
• Take charge of future evolution projects
• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions in order to meet the company's needs in the aforementioned field
• As part of large-scale strategic evolution projects, in partnership with business teams in the CMMS/EAM field, the Logistics functional expert will contribute to the definition of maintenance IT flows and support the implementation of the appropriate tool.

Profile ##

• University education desired; significant professional experience in the field of CMMS can compensate
• Good knowledge of CMMS logistics flows and their integration into company processes
• Business analysis capability, writing and description of business functional processes
• Knowledge of a solution such as SAP PM/EAM, Hexagon or IBM Maximo is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, team spirit and analytical ability.
• Open to travel to all group production sites (4 sites in Switzerland).
