Your responsibility

• You take over the pedagogical, personnel, and organizational leadership of the Primarschule Giebenach.
• You lead and support the teaching and specialist staff in an appreciative and goal-oriented manner.
• You create good framework conditions for successful instruction and a positive school culture.
• You develop the school pedagogically and organizationally together with the team and promote open, respectful, and binding cooperation.
• You maintain the exchange with students, parents, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• You are responsible for school organization, administration, and resource planning.
• You implement cantonal and municipal specifications responsibly.
• You represent the school internally and externally.

Your background

• You have a teaching diploma for the primary level.
• Ideally, you have completed school leadership training or a CAS Schulleitung or are willing to complete it.
• You bring leadership experience and a good understanding of the requirements of a primary school.
• You communicate clearly, appreciatively, and bindingly.
• You enjoy working with people and shaping development processes.
• Organizational skill, decisiveness, and a sense of responsibility characterize you.
• You have a solution-oriented and integrative attitude as well as an interest in a contemporary and future-oriented school.
• You see yourself as a leadership personality who listens, provides orientation, takes responsibility, and can win people over for common goals.
