Administrative Assistant VID
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility:

• Telephone and written customer support D/F

Active outbound telephone sales
Order processing up to invoicing

• Processing of returns, credit notes and error reports
• Master data maintenance (customers, articles, prices)

Responsible for the processes in Sales Support
Information and telephone consultation of customers regarding our products and services
Support Key Account Management & Sales Management with administrative tasks

• Support for the Demand Planner as well as the Supply Chain Coordinator

Our requirements:
Completed training in the commercial field
Administrative experience in the area of internal sales
Enjoyment of telephone sales and consulting
Good language skills in German and French, English orally business fluent
Experience in team leadership is an advantage
Professional experience in the food industry is an advantage
Good IT skills (Office programs)
