You will work closely with experienced judges, take on exciting tasks, and benefit from a structured induction and a collegial team that supports you from the start. The Labor Court and the Conciliation Authorities for Work and Equality are responsible for conciliation and court proceedings in private labor disputes. With your commitment, you will make an important contribution to professional and efficient procedure management. Your tasks • In close cooperation with the judges, you will support case instruction, trial management, and legal assessment of the proceedings. This will make a significant contribution to a well-founded decision-making process. • During court hearings, you will take minutes and participate in judgment deliberations. This will give you direct insight into the judicial decision-making process. • Your tasks also include drafting judgment rationales and other court decisions. You will specifically apply your legal expertise and linguistic skills. • As a competent contact person, you will provide legal information on labor law and related legal areas and advise internal and external stakeholders. • Additionally, you will support the care and training of our law interns and promote professional exchange within the team. Your profile • You have a completed law degree (lic.iur. / MLaw) from a Swiss university and a lawyer's patent, and ideally relevant professional experience. • Labor law and civil procedural issues are of particular interest to you. You want to deepen and develop your legal knowledge in a varied and practice-oriented environment. • Enjoyment of teamwork in a small team and an engaged and constructive approach characterize you. • A quick grasp, independent, accurate, and efficient working methods, as well as flexibility and resilience, are among your strengths. • Your profile is rounded off by stylistically correct, precise formulation and enjoyment of writing legal texts.
