November 2026 or by arrangement Work location: Le Landeron The Massnahmenzentrum St. Johannsen is a therapeutic center for adult male offenders with mental disorders and/or an addiction. Your tasks As a reference person for a maximum of 4 admitted men, you accompany and shape their everyday working life with them. You provide support to help the men recognize their strengths and promote them according to the applicable agogical principles. You are an important part of the execution team and participate in the development of execution plans as well as the achievement of the set goals. You perform administrative tasks in the form of meaningful reports, journal entries, etc. You are responsible for the maintenance (greenery maintenance, cleaning work, recycling, winter service, etc.) of the St. Johannsen area. Your profile You are a down-to-earth and self-confident personality and love working with people. You see challenges as opportunities and master extraordinary situations with a cool head while always remaining calm. You have a basic vocational training in a manual trade, have training as a Work Agogist / Work Agogist or in similar qualifications, or you have the willingness to complete these.
