Assembly and Test Electronics Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION Within our operations team (6 people), you will play a key role in the manufacturing of our products as well as the preparation of our equipment orders. Far from repetitive assembly line work, this position requires precision, excellent technical mastery, real autonomy, and a constant concern for well-done work. You will intervene across the entire assembly chain, from precision soldering on electronic boards to product housing, and then to the complete integration of systems in electrical cabinets, including functional tests under voltage. This chain is finally completed by shipping logistics and after-sales support. We are looking for a field-based electronics technician, rigorous and resourceful, capable of analyzing a diagram, following a test procedure, and performing first-level troubleshooting in a thoughtful and autonomous manner. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND MISSIONS • Assemble electronic boards and modules, perform quality self-checks, and carry out functional tests. • Mount, integrate, and wire our products into racks according to plans, then perform integration tests of complete systems. • Perform circuit assembly, notably precision soldering and rework for our prototypes and small series. • Autonomously analyze and diagnose anomalies on defective or non-compliant products, after production or as part of returns. • Receive supplier material, perform stocking, and carefully prepare/package customer orders for shipment. REQUIRED PROFILE AND SKILLS Training: CFC as an electronics technician, assembly-automation technician, or a title deemed equivalent. Technical skills: Ease with electronics and measuring tools, manual dexterity, mastery of component soldering, ability to read and understand electrical diagrams. Personal skills: Autonomy in searching for information within documentation, problem analysis, rigor, meticulousness, and attention to detail. Languages: Fluent French. Good notions of technical English.
