What you do You independently and customer-orientedly manage claim files You apply the benefits regulations according to legal and contractual provisions You collaborate closely with our various partners and draft decisions You correspond and conduct interviews with the different parties involved in the settlement of a claim (insured persons, employers, medical services, other insurers, lawyers, …) You detect recourse against responsible third parties and other insurers What you bring Completed commercial training, Federal Diploma in social insurance is an asset Professional experience in managing claim files Excellent knowledge of Swiss social security and private insurance Reliable, empathetic personality, excellent negotiation skills and a professional attitude towards clients Excellent command of French, both oral and written.
