Team Lead HR Administration, 100% What awaits you Together with the six-member team, you are responsible for the entire HR administration from A to Z. You take responsibility for the planning and organization of your team's daily business. You advise and support all employees and supervisors on questions regarding administrative HR topics. You take responsibility for various control tasks (employment contracts, entries, various confirmations, etc.). You support your team in operational daily business. This includes the creation of employment contracts including the contract components, the entry of new employees in Abacus, and the processing of departures. You participate in internal projects (such as the optimization of HR processes) and create various reportings. What you bring with you You possess a federal HR specialist certificate (eidg. HR Fachausweis) or a comparable qualification with specialization in HR. You are highly knowledgeable in personnel administration and have already led a team. You have sound Office skills and ideally have already worked with Abacus. You are service-oriented and work independently in a dynamic environment.
