What you can achieve with us • You take over the consulting and accompaniment of the integration of young people from registration to the completion of the integration process in a self-responsible manner. • You carefully analyze the initial situation and involve relevant specialists and institutions in the case management and ensure the flow of information. • You initiate integration-effective measures and use your scope for action in a goal-oriented manner.   • You plan, coordinate and control the cooperation with external partners such as teachers, employers, institutions, coaches, medical specialists, and authorities. • You support adolescents and young adults in the transition from school to vocational training as well as when entering the workforce or keeping their job. To do this, you initiate suitable integration measures, use targeted promotional instruments, and coordinate their implementation. • You are the contact person and trusted person for adolescents, parents, and involved parties - always empathetic and solution-oriented, and you actively promote inter-institutional cooperation and exert influence for successful integration courses.  What skills are important to us • You have a tertiary education degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.  (e.g. HR, coaching, case management). • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the integration or consulting sector or, as a lateral entrant, at least 5 years of management experience in related fields. • You are familiar with the education and school system in Switzerland, have a good sense of complex family situations, and bring corresponding sensitivity with you. • You are strong in coordination, like to network, and think in a solution-oriented way, and you appreciate both independent work and team exchange. • You enjoy working with young people and appear empathetic, clear, and convincing, and you can advise and coach in a solution-oriented manner. • You efficiently and structuredly handle the administrative tasks related to case management, and you appreciate both independent work and team exchange. • We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good knowledge of the respective other language is an advantage.  What we offer you • A meaningful activity and an environment in which design freedom is granted. • Flat hierarchies, short communication channels. • A collegial team in which open communication is practiced. • A central workplace in Bern with the award «Friendly Work Space» as well as home office. • Comprehensive further training opportunities.
