Responsibilities:
Operational management: customer reception, product sales, development of turnover and efficiency
Administrative management: monitoring of receipts, ratios, management of orders and stocks…
Guaranteeing compliance with internal standards and norms in force in the profession: hygiene, safety, work
Ensuring the relationship with support services at headquarters
Profile sought:
More than 2 years of experience in a similar position
Training, diploma in catering or bakery
Knowledge of collective agreements (a plus)
