Job Description

Your Tasks

You lead development projects as well as technical support tasks in the field of tribology. Your focus is on lubrication processes and the preparation of lubrication instructions for quartz movements. In doing so, you work closely with internal specialist departments and external partners to ensure optimal solutions for friction and wear-related technical issues.

Additionally, you perform characterization analyses using optical profilometry and tribometry to precisely evaluate surface and friction parameters and to support technical optimizations.

Furthermore, you ensure technical support in your area of activity, both for the various internal specialist departments and for the companies of the Swatch Group.

Profile

You have an engineering education at MASTER-HES level or an equivalent recognized degree.

Ideally, you already bring several years of professional experience in the field of tribology.

You are dynamic and creative, and your open and responsible personality distinguishes you. As a sociable person, you also attach great importance to constructive teamwork.

Languages

Your native language is French or German. You have good knowledge of the respective other language or are motivated to learn it. Good English skills would also be an advantage.
