As part of our strategic development, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking personality as a project manager in the back office, who takes on operational responsibility. This position is not a "standard job", but a development and leadership role with real development opportunities up to a partner solution. • Entrepreneurial design possibilities (structure, team, mandates, standards) • Direct impact on growth, quality and customer loyalty • Option for partner entry with mutual fit • Concrete succession perspective within 5–10 years • Strong support from existing company + established environment & customer base Project Manager (m/w/d) | Insurance Trust Department Main tasks (strategic & operational) 1) Development • Further development of a "best practice" organization (consulting, administration, offers, damage, renewal) 2) Project management / customer consulting (Key Accounts) Customer acquisition / growth / business development • Project management and holistic support of demanding customers (SMEs / entrepreneurs / private customers) • Risk analyses, insurance and pension concepts, contract optimizations • Creation of coverage concepts including tenders, comparisons and new placements • Negotiation management with insurance companies (conditions, framework contracts, special solutions) 4) Training / LL training / competence building 5) Backoffice / quality / performance 6) Relationship maintenance with insurance companies 7) Analysis of providers & products Your profile • You are between 20 and 40 years old • Preferably resident in the St. Galler Rheintal • Several years of experience in the insurance trust environment (ideally SMEs / industry / corporate customers) • Very good knowledge in: Property / liability / transport / technical insurances (depending on focus) Personnel insurances (UVG, KTG, BVG) advantageous • Consulting competence, convincing appearance, negotiation security • Structured working method and joy in construction / optimization topics • Leadership experience or clear will to take on responsibility • Training as an insurance or business economist HF – or at least (e.g. VBV, specialist certificate, expert) Personally, you convince through • Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and responsibility culture • High social competence, leadership and team orientation • Sovereignty in dealing with customers, employees and insurers • Trustworthiness, discretion and clean working method • Joy in building something and contributing long-term We offer • Key role in an established, professional company • Very exciting mix of leadership, project management and strategic development • Short decision-making paths, high independence, real co-design • Very attractive development opportunities up to partner solution • Modern working method and high consulting quality as core DNA • Fair fixed salary + performance-oriented components (depending on design) Workplace: 9442 Berneck Application / Contact If you are looking for a position where you can take on responsibility, shape mandates and grow entrepreneurially, we look forward to your contact (also confidentially). peter.enzler@ecotreuhand.ch / 076 317 74 14
