EMS Nelty de Beausobre, opened in 1989, is named after the last descendant of the Beausobre family. It offers 32 individual rooms as well as 9 double rooms. Close to the station and the pedestrian zone of the city center, the EMS is ideally located and allows for enjoying nearby shops and cafés or going to the shores of Lake Léman.

In order to strengthen our Housekeeping service, we are looking for for the EMS Nelty de Beausobre a:

Housekeeping Manager M/F at 80%

6-month fixed-term contract, from 17/08/2026 or as agreed.

YOU POSSESS

• A CFC in Housekeeping Management or a title deemed equivalent.
• Successful experience in the medico-social, hospital, or hotel field, an asset.
• A good command of the French language (written and oral).
• A helpful and benevolent attitude.
• A sense of initiative and the ability to work in a team.
• Availability to work on a schedule from 10:15 to 19:15.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Respond with benevolence to the needs of the residents within the framework of your missions and participate in creating a warm and respectful atmosphere
• Perform maintenance activities for the premises, furniture, and linen.
• Manage and ensure the meal service within the different units as well as in the cafeteria: reception, sales, service, cleaning, tidying, cash collection.
• Order material and consumables for the services and the resident.
• Participate in the setting up of celebrations, parties, and various events.
• Manage the storeroom and waste flow.
• Digitally validate room reservations.
• Support other services in the care of the resident, within the framework of interdisciplinarity.
