Concierge with AEAI certification

For one of our clients located in Versoix, we are looking for an experienced Head Concierge to ensure the daily management of a real estate site and supervise a team of 2 employees.

Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate and control the work of the 2 employees

Plan daily activities and distribute tasks

Guarantee the cleanliness and good condition of the buildings, common areas and exteriors

Supervise and perform routine maintenance and small repair work

Identify technical problems and coordinate the interventions of external service providers

Ensure the monitoring of the proper functioning of the installations

Ensure compliance with safety and fire protection rules

Carry out the controls pertaining to the function in connection with the AEAI certification

Be the preferred interlocutor for occupants, suppliers and external intervenors

Ensure regular reporting to the manager or the agency

Profile

Confirmed experience as Head Concierge, Responsible Concierge or Operations Agent

First successful experience in team management

AEAI certification / training required

Very good technical knowledge related to building maintenance

Ability to organize and prioritize interventions

Autonomous, responsible, versatile and solution-oriented person

Excellent sense of service and good interpersonal skills

Fluent French

Driving license appreciated
