In our 12-month training program, you will discover the Thommen group, our various business sectors and sites, and will work closely with the Business Analyst CEO Office from the very beginning. You will progressively take on your own tasks and projects and will develop both professionally and personally. During the training program, we will see together which field corresponds to your strengths and interests and where your future development within the Thommen group can lead you.
