Your tasks:

• Ensuring and further developing high-quality nursing on the ward
• Implementation and monitoring of nursing and hygiene standards
• Analysis and optimization of work processes to improve patient care
• Training and coaching of nursing staff on current nursing and medical developments
• Interface management between nursing, doctors and other specialist departments

Your profile:

• Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH with further training in quality management or nursing development
• Several years of experience in acute care or long-term care, ideally with leadership experience
• Ability to analyze structures, adapt them and develop innovative solutions
• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility and high social competence
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
