Tasks Execution of general cleaning work in various areas (e.g., offices, stairwells, sanitary facilities, communal areas). Cleaning and care of floors, surfaces and sanitary facilities. Professional use of cleaning agents and simple cleaning equipment. Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety regulations. Proper documentation of the work carried out (if required). Friendly cooperation with customers, residents and colleagues on site. Qualifications Experience in building cleaning or a comparable activity is an advantage. Meticulous, reliable and independent way of working. Good physical resilience. Flexibility regarding working hours (e.g. early or late shifts). Good German language skills in speaking and writing. Driving license category B is an advantage, but not mandatory.
