Healthcare Specialist CFC with vocational training for the specialized dementia care service 60 - 100%

Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of residents according to our care concept and the care process
• Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care
• Participation in the care process and the assessment of care needs with RAI for assigned residents
• Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning and support of medical visits
• Taking charge of daily responsibility
• Taking charge of tasks as a thematic manager of a specialized subject and participation in the care quality network at the group level
• Autonomous assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift

Vocational training

• You assume responsibility for the training of apprentices in the training areas of SRK trainees, AGS, FaGe
• You develop this area in collaboration with the person responsible for vocational training
• Participation in the selection of apprentices
• Interlocutor for the concerns of different interest groups (apprentices, parents, vocational school)

Your profile

• Completed training as a healthcare specialist CFC
• Completed vocational trainer training or willingness to follow it (costs covered)
• Professional experience in long-term care desired
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to follow these courses (costs covered)
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
