For our customer, an established and technically innovative company in the field of door technology and access systems, we are looking for a dedicated Service Technician Doors & Access Systems (m/f/d). You will mainly be traveling to our customers throughout Switzerland and ensuring that modern door and access systems function reliably.

Your Tasks

• You install and commission automatic door systems and access systems at customers throughout Switzerland
• You hand over the systems to our customers and carry out professional on-site instructions
• You carry out service, maintenance and repair work on existing systems
• You take over on-call duty according to the deployment plan
• You advise our customers with technical competence and find suitable solutions directly on-site
• You assess construction sites, take measurements and support technical implementation
• You recognize additional customer needs and advise on maintenance contracts, modernizations and spare parts

Your Profile

• You have completed basic vocational training, for example in construction, metal, wood or a comparable profession
• You have a good technical understanding of mechanics and electronics
• You bring several years of experience on construction sites and are used to working independently
• You communicate very well in German; French or Italian skills are a plus
• You possess a category B driver's license
• You appear confident, friendly and customer-oriented and enjoy communicating with customers
• You work reliably, independently and solution-oriented and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• You enjoy varied assignments and technical challenges directly at the customer's site
