Head of Finance & Controlling 100% (m/w/d) As Head of Finance & Controlling, you will take on overall responsibility for operational financial management, accounting, and controlling of all companies in the group. You will lead your team professionally and personally and be a sparring partner for management in all financial matters. Then don't wait any longer and become part of our team as: Head of Finance & Controlling 100% (m/w/d) Your tasks: Financial accounting & annual financial statements: You will be responsible for the accounting of all companies, prepare individual and consolidated financial statements according to OR, and control the auditing process Liquidity & holding structure: You will monitor and control liquidity across the entire holding structure, including liquidity planning, as well as intercompany charges and foreign currency management (especially EUR) Real estate & banks: You will be a sparring partner in real estate finance matters (mortgages, debt-to-equity ratio) and will lead discussions with banks in cooperation with management Taxes: You will control and coordinate tax matters (VAT, direct taxes) in cooperation with external specialists Budgeting & controlling: You will be responsible for preparing meaningful key figures for the management cockpit and will support the department heads in creating budgets Leadership: You will take on professional and personal leadership of your team of 6 people. You will create an environment in which employees can grow, take on responsibility, and develop further What you bring: Professional competencies: You have a commercial education with further training in finance and accounting (e.g., dipl. finance and accounting specialist, dipl. expert in accounting and controlling, FH degree or equivalent) You have several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a holding structure with several companies You have in-depth experience in preparing individual and consolidated financial statements according to OR.
