Senior new construction project manager

You lead new construction projects in a general contracting company in the canton of Vaud, from the client relationship to financial monitoring.

Tasks

• Management of new construction projects in general contracting and turnkey contracting
• Relationship with the client, progress monitoring and financial monitoring
• Supervision of all-trades site management teams
• Coordination of support teams and subcontractors

Profile

• Solid experience in directing new construction projects of more than 100 millions of francs
• Leadership and team management skills
• Own professional network in the canton
• Mastery of management processes, document quality and traceability
• Proficiency with IT tools, especially Excel
• Basic knowledge in construction (modification sheets, enterprise contracts)
