Pflegefachfrau 80 - 100% (w/m/d) ### Your area of responsibility: • Need- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team. • Both competent and individual nursing as well as care of our patients, taking into account our nursing mission statement • Independent implementation of the diagnostic as well as therapeutic measures prescribed by the physician in cooperation with our Fachangestellten Gesundheit • Recognizing and mastering emergency situations as well as initiating adequate measures until the arrival of the physician • Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation as well as information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility • Introduction and supervision of new employees, apprentices, and students Your qualifications: • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann • SRK recognition for foreign degrees • Professional experience in acute care as well as experience in the field of oncology is an advantage • Great flexibility, resilience and high organizational talent • Good German skills in speaking and writing (Certificate B2) • Good IT user skills • High social competence as well as strong empathy • Ability to work in a team and ability to guide employees Your place of work: • Zürich Your start: • By arrangement
