We care for people with disabilities with heart and professionalism. We promote, support, care for, and nurse. To this end, we offer 148 residential places in various forms of living as well as 175 sheltered workplaces. In addition, 90 places are available in the day center. As of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for our day center Engelwisen at the new location in Kloten for a TEAM LEAD DAY CENTER ENGELWISEN 60-80% ## Specialist in the field of agogics (W/M/D) Your area of responsibility ## • Management of the Engelwisen day center as team lead • Technical and organizational management of a team of 5 specialists • Responsibility for the daily activities of 3 atelier groups with adults with different disabilities • Coordination and planning of personnel assignments • Support of the team in the design and further development of the offers • Agogic support of the day center clients • Assumption of team leadership tasks (40 %) and caregiving tasks (approx. 40 %) in a balanced and practical mix of activities • Responsibility for the implementation of target agreements • Ensuring and compliance with quality standards • Promotion of cooperation and networking between different areas What you bring with you ## • Completed training in special education, social pedagogy, or work agogics • Professional experience in a comparable leadership or specialist function • Pronounced leadership and communication competence with clear and target-group-oriented expression • High social competence as well as joy in working with different stakeholders • Innovative, creative, and design-oriented personality • High flexibility as well as the ability to act calmly and solution-oriented even in demanding situations • Positive basic attitude, resilience, and a good dose of humor We offer you a meaningful and varied activity with a responsible and versatile area of responsibility as well as plenty of creative freedom for your own ideas and initiatives.
