Job description
Sit 100 Jahr für dis Chind da Mitten im Abenteuer Kindheit - komm in unser Team! In unserer Kita steht das Kind im Mittelpunkt. Mit viel Herzblut begleiten wir die Kleinsten beim Entdecken der Welt und beim Wachsen ihrer Persönlichkeit. Unser Alltag ist eine lebendige Mischung aus Freispiel, gezielten Aktivitäten und ganz viel Naturerfahrung - denn der angrenzende Wald ist ein fester Bestandteil unseres pädagogischen Konzepts. Für unsere Kita Lindenhof suchen wir ab Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Flexible Springerin / Flexiblen Springer FaBe Kinder EFZ 60% (Jahresarbeitszeit oder Stundenlohn) Du schätzt Abwechslung und möchtest dort unterstützen, wo du gerade gebraucht wirst? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Als Springerin oder Springer bist du flexibel auf verschiedenen Gruppen im Einsatz und unterstützt unser Team je nach Betreuungsbedarf, Ferienabsenzen oder personellen Engpässen. Deine Einsätze können dabei von einzelnen Tagen bis zu mehreren Tagen pro Woche variieren. Dabei legen wir Wert auf Planbarkeit: Die Einsätze werden in der Regel mindestens vier Wochen im Voraus geplant und kommuniziert. Your tasks
