Your activities with us:

• You independently lead Web-to-Print and E-Commerce projects from requirement gathering to go-live and subsequently support them in ongoing operations.
• In direct exchange with our customers, you clarify requirements, conduct workshops, develop suitable solutions and ensure clear next steps, deadlines and responsibilities.
• You independently configure and test shops, products, user roles, approvals, templates and ordering processes.
• You reliably coordinate interfaces to ERP, production, logistics, sales, marketing and external partners.
• You keep an eye on project statuses, open points and possible risks and communicate them early and transparently.
• In the event of malfunctions or change requests, you analyze the situation, prioritize the next steps and coordinate the implementation.
• You document solutions and processes in a traceable manner and contribute your own ideas for optimization and automation.

Your profile:

• You have training or further education in computer science, business informatics, mediamatics, e-commerce, printing and media technology or comparable practical experience.
• You already have experience in the implementation of digital customer projects, for example with webshops, customer portals, CMS, ERP or Web-to-Print systems.
• You understand technical contexts quickly and enjoy configuring and testing systems yourself and supporting them until a working solution is achieved. You do not need to know how to program.
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working, clear priorities and decisiveness characterize you.
• In customer contact, you appear confident and reliable, communicate transparently and take responsibility for your projects.
• Very good German skills round off your profile. English skills are an advantage.
