Introduction

For our client in the real estate environment, we are looking for an experienced personality as Head of Real Estate Accounting 60-100% (a). You are responsible for real estate accounting technically and organizationally and ensure high-quality closings as well as efficient processes.

Tasks

• Technical and organizational management of real estate accounting
• Ensuring correct and timely closings at object and portfolio level
• Responsibility for the quality of the accounting and billing processes
• Technical support and further development of the employees in the team
• Close cooperation with property management, management, and external stakeholders
• Participation in the optimization of processes, systems, and internal guidelines

Profile

• Sound training in the commercial or financial sector with corresponding technical specialization
• Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting, ideally with leadership experience
• Confident technical knowledge regarding closings and accounting contexts
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and decisiveness
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing
• Sense of responsibility as well as enjoyment of leadership and development
