Your tasks:

• Preparation of balanced and healthy meals for residents, employees and visitors
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Consideration of special diets and intolerances
• Ordering and storage of food
• Cooperation with the kitchen team and other departments
• Ensuring smooth processes in the kitchen
• Participation in occasions, apéros, banquets and events

Your profile:

• Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ on all stations in the kitchen
• Experience in communal catering is an advantage
• Enjoyment in cooking for seniors, employees and guests
• Teamwork skills, resilience and independent way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness for different shifts as well as assignments on weekends and for holiday shifts
