Accompany people with multiple disabilities in daily life and in the specific interventions of their personalized project. Actively participate in the animations of the living environment, weekends, and leisure activities. Be a source of proposals for activities and outings responding to the needs of the residents. Contribute to the improvement of the quality of support and the personalized project of the residents. Strengthen the autonomy and integration of residents into neighborhood life. Contribute to an optimal flow of information and the quality of links between the different professions of the institution. Participate in the development of the Pôle Adultes. Hold a CFC as a socio-educational assistant. Professional experience with people in situations of disability. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Mastery of standard IT tools.
