Manager: Partnerships, Events & Network

With an ambitious exhibition program and an innovative approach to its significant collection, the Kunstmuseum Luzern profiles itself as a vibrant cultural institution with an influence extending far beyond Central Switzerland. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Manager: Partnerships, Events & Network (50‒60%) as of 01.09.2026 or by arrangement Your tasks: You design and maintain relationships with important partner organizations of the Kunstmuseum Luzern and ensure that encounters, events, and cooperations are professionally organized and sustainably developed. − Support of our most important partner organizations (ArtClub Luzern, Stiftung BEST Art Collection Luzern, Empfehlende Kommission für Provenienzforschung, as well as Stiftung für das Kunstmuseum Luzern) − Planning, organization, and implementation of vernissages, events, benefit events, and other formats in cooperation with internal and external partners − Support of the management and the board in maintaining existing partnerships as well as in expanding cooperations, sponsoring, and fundraising Your profile: You enjoy organizing, maintain an overview even in demanding situations, and move confidently in exchange with a wide variety of stakeholder groups. − strong organizational skills as well as a structured, independent, and reliable way of working − enjoyment in working with people as well as an appreciative demeanor − stylish German language skills as well as very good English skills; further language skills are welcome − proficient use of common MS Office applications − willingness to work evenings and weekends − experience or further training in the areas of event management, hospitality, partnership management, or comparable fields of activity are an advantage We offer: A varied activity at the interface of art, culture, and encounter awaits you.
