HR Specialist / Onsite Consultant (m/f/d) 50–60% (Limited until 31 December 2026 – Immediately or by arrangement) Location: Rorschach (2 days onsite at the client) & Home office / branch Do you love the dynamics of personnel services, enjoy working closely with clients, and are looking for an exciting, temporary challenge in onsite management? For a key mandate in the St. Gallen area, we are looking for an assertive and organized personality to manage our onsite activities, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you are the operational interface between the client, the temporary employees, and our team. Your main tasks: Onsite support & shift planning: You are available onsite at the client two days a week as a contact person for deployed personnel as well as line managers, and you take over shift planning in close coordination with line managers. Time recording & Admin (RTM): You manage operational time recording, perform hour corrections, and take over the clean preparation of payroll runs. Recruiting & disposition: You recruit matching profiles for the client, conduct interviews, and manage the filling of open vacancies. Customer relationship: You maintain close exchange with the department heads onsite and ensure a high quality of service. What you bring with you: Professional experience: Commercial basic training as well as experience in personnel services (ideally in the temporary business or onsite/inhouse management). System & process reliability: High affinity for digital tools and time recording systems – experience with RTM is a great advantage! Personality: Independent, precise way of working, high service orientation, and assertiveness. Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
