Your tasks
You bear responsibility for care and support according to needs.
As a reference person, you are responsible for the care process and the MDS coordination.
You take on shift responsibility in the residential area.
You provide care according to the principles of Basal Stimulation, Kinaesthetics, Palliative Care and Validation.
You are co-responsible for the implementation of the specifications.
Your profile
You have a tertiary education in the nursing sector as well as professional experience.
You feel comfortable in a dynamic, subacute and fast-paced environment and bring the necessary flexibility for it.
You are committed with much joy and passion to people in need of care, elderly people.
You are a team player, responsible, like to work independently and are high-performing as well as resilient.
We require very good German skills in speaking and writing, additionally you understand the Swiss German language.
