• Active sale of modern telekom and multimedia solutions
• Competent advice regarding mobile, internet and TV
• Support of the team in daily business
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Co-responsibility for a positive shopping experience in the shop

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in retail; ideally with a connection to telecommunications or multimedia

or career changer with strong sales flair

• Joy in customer contact and convincing appearance
• Technical understanding as well as solid user knowledge (MS Office)
• Flexible, reliable and open to new things
• German at a business fluent level; additional national languages are a plus
