Franchise Partner / Business Manager

For our VOI Migros-Partner location Burgdorf-Steinhof, we are looking for a result-oriented, ambitious and motivated personality starting in February 2027 who is ready to operate a customer-oriented, modern offering with us. As a franchise partner with own capital, you will independently take over and lead a future-oriented VOI point of sale with your qualified employees. Important notes: More info on our franchising concept: What you will do * Independent management of a future-oriented and modern VOI Migros-Partner point of sale * Recruitment, leadership, planning as well as development of employees * Assortment management with high-quality Migros products, supplemented with local specialties * Management of turnover and personnel costs * Active maintenance of customer relationships What you bring * Education: Completed basic or further education * Specialization: ideally in the food sector and in the field of business management * Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in food retail or related industries * Enthusiasm and skillful handling of people * Sense of responsibility and flexibility * Result-oriented, ambitious as well as motivated personality (ideally from 30 years old) * Experience in business management as well as entrepreneurial thinking & acting * German (B1) Only online applications via the application portal will be considered.
