Mandated by our client, we are looking for a permanent position for a: Product & Material Quality Manager Your missions: \- Define and deploy the company's Quality strategy and evolve the standards. \- Guarantee the excellence of materials and finished products, from leather to bracelets and leather goods. \- Manage customer issues: complaints, non-conformities, root cause analysis, and action plans. \- Harmonize Quality practices between different sites and monitor performance through KPIs. \- Support industrialization and production to anticipate risks and secure quality. \- Develop control methods and the quality laboratory. \- Manage audits and compliance with customer requirements and standards. \- Manage and grow the Quality team, instilling a culture of excellence and improvement Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality, ideally in leather, leather goods, or luxury, with solid expertise in materials and finished products. You master quality tools (8D, AMDEC, PDCA, audits...) and have already worked in a multi-site and international environment.
