In this key position, you will take over the leadership of the Transformation & Innovation team and actively drive the digital further development of our company. The focus is on the initiation, steering, and successful implementation of transformation and IT projects, especially in the areas of digitalization, automation, and optimization of business processes. You act as a central interface between business and IT and ensure that strategic initiatives are realized efficiently and effectively. Your tasks Leadership and steering • Functional and personnel leadership of the Transformation & Innovation team • Building and further development of competencies in the areas of project, process, and change management • Promotion of an innovation- and implementation-oriented team culture Project as well as process management and transformation • Leadership and steering of strategic projects • Support of the division management in the planning and steering of the strategic project portfolio • Ensuring goal achievement with regard to time, budget, and quality Digitalization and automation • Identification and implementation of initiatives for the digitalization of business processes • Promotion of automation potentials (e.g., workflow, documents, self-services) • Supporting the specialist departments and IT in the further development of the system landscape Business and IT integration • Translation of business requirements into concrete transformation initiatives in processes, organization, and system landscape • Close cooperation with specialist departments and IT • Ensuring a holistic view of processes and systems Your profile Professional • Completed studies at Bachelor level, preferably in the field of business informatics or business administration • Further education in project management (HERMES certificate an advantage) • Several years of experience in project and process management (ideally in the insurance environment) • Experience in digitalization and transformation projects • Very good understanding of IT systems, process optimization, and process automation • German native language or excellent German skills, oral and written • Knowledge in areas of IT peripheral systems, for example CRM, document management (DMS/ECM), and customer portals/self-services Methodical • Sound knowledge of classical and agile project management • Experience in change management • Experience in stakeholder management at the executive management level • Structured and solution-oriented way of working Personal • Distinct leadership competence and assertiveness • High communication strength and persuasiveness • Strategic thinking combined with implementation strength • Very well organized, resilient, and result-oriented The employees of the Aargauische Gebäudeversicherung are specialists for building insurance, fire protection, natural hazard prevention, and intervention.
