What you can achieve with us ### • You independently take over the advice and support of the integration of young people from registration to the completion of the integration process. • You carefully analyze the initial situation and involve relevant specialists and institutions in the case management and ensure the flow of information. • You prescribe integration-effective measures and use your room for maneuver in a goal-oriented manner. • You plan, coordinate and control the cooperation with external partners such as teachers, employers, institutions, coaches, medical specialists, and authorities • You support adolescents and young adults in the transition from school to vocational training as well as in entering the working world or in maintaining their workplace. In doing so, you initiate suitable integration measures, use targeted support instruments and coordinate their implementation. • You are a contact person and trusted person for adolescents, parents and involved agencies - always empathetic and solution-oriented and actively promote inter-institutional cooperation and influence successful integration processes. Which skills are important to us ### • You have a tertiary educational degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field. (e.g. HR, Coaching, case management). • You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the integration or advisory sector or as a career changer at least 5 years of leadership activity in related areas. • You know the education and school system in Switzerland, have a good sense for complex family situations and bring the corresponding sensitivity. • You are strong in coordination, like to be networked and think in a solution-oriented way, value both independent work as well as exchange in the team. • You enjoy working with young people and appear empathetic, clear and convincing, can advise and coach in a solution-oriented manner. • You complete the administrative tasks around the case management efficiently and in a structured manner, value both independent work as well as exchange in the team • We are a bilingual (German-French) company, therefore good knowledge of the respective other language is an advantage.
