Your future responsibilities: • You will provide quality nursing care while respecting current protocols and standards. • You will ensure the clinical monitoring of patients and the management of prescribed medical treatments. • You will perform various technical acts: injections, dressings, infusions, sampling, etc. • You will accompany patients and their relatives with listening and empathy, taking into account their specific needs. • You will actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team of the EMS, the nursing management and the vocational training center. • You will contribute to the rigorous maintenance and updating of nursing files. • You will participate in quality projects and health prevention and education actions. • You are responsible for the supervision, training and evaluation of students Your profile: • You hold an HES nursing diploma or an equivalent title (with CRS recognition for foreign diplomas) and a CAS HES-SO PF • You possess professional experience in the field of care (any specialty welcome). • You master the French language orally and in writing. • You demonstrate a sense of organization, adaptability and team spirit. • You work with empathy, rigor and professionalism.
