Responsibility for the purchasing of semi-finished products, components, and trading products Ensuring material availability taking into account quality, costs, and deadlines Functional and personnel leadership as well as further development of the purchasing department Assistance in operational purchasing including master data maintenance Responsibility for the further development and optimization of supply chain processes as well as participation in their digitalization Active collaboration with Product Management regarding the further development of the product portfolio Creation and analysis of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) What you bring A solid business administration education with a focus on purchasing (e.g., Einkaufsfachmann/-frau FA, Supply Chain Management, or engineer with a minor in business administration) Strong analytical skills Experience in supplier management, negotiations, and cost optimization Readiness to take on responsibility for a small team Technical understanding and enjoyment of industrial products Negotiation-level demeanor and strong communication skills Fluent German as well as good English skills, French is an advantage Interest piqued?
