For our client in the Canton of Bern/Solothurn, we are looking for a committed and motivated Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH for a fixed-term assignment from December 2026 to March 2027.

Tasks

Professional care and support of patients/residents

Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process

Assumption of daily responsibility according to suitability and experience

Interprofessional cooperation with doctors, therapists and nursing professionals

Ensuring a high quality of care

Profile

Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent SRK-recognized training

Independent and responsible way of working

High social and professional competence

Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
