run "your" thrift store largely independently with 3-5 employees. For this, you should be able to speak both German and French.
ensure flawless customer contact. This may be in the shop, at the customer's home, via e-mail, or on the telephone.
Have a pronounced flair for shop layout and assortment maintenance
build up a network and acquire new customers to exploit the potential of your thrift store
organize the collection and acceptance of donated furniture as well as its presentation and sale in the shop
offered and plan apartment and house clearances on-site at the customers'
ensure an pleasant and attractive atmosphere in the thrift store with your employees
are responsible for pricing in the shop
carry out "the administrative" efficiently and carefully
are responsible for the budget and manage the cash register
can independently develop and implement ideas to ensure the economic success of your thrift store

What you should bring with you:
Enthusiasm for retail and our secondhand industry.
A completed vocational apprenticeship, ideally in sales/retail, and a good connection to the textile or furniture industry
Manual dexterity and good physical constitution
Entrepreneurial thinking and the will to fully commit yourself
Sales competence and negotiation certainty towards customers, partners, and goods donors
Leadership experience
negotiation-level German and French skills and understanding of dialect
Driver's license Cat. B.
