To strengthen its teams, the ENE is looking for a Facility Supervisor at 100% Your mission and your responsibilities \- Ensure the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, hot water production, ventilation, and air treatment installations for a group of buildings of the Ville de Genève. \- Monitor the energy consumption of these installations. \- Control and supervise the installations under your responsibility in order to reduce energy consumption, by proposing measures to optimize energy efficiency. \- Carry out minor electrical work, such as modifications to panels or interventions on simple electrical installations in the boiler room. \- Provide an on-call service during the full week and public holidays. Your profile \- Hold a CFC in the field of heating or technical building installations, or have training deemed equivalent. \- Master current digital control and regulation techniques, as well as programmable logic controllers. \- Possess solid knowledge in ventilation and air treatment, heat pumps, and renewable energies. \- Demonstrate experience in the operation and energetic monitoring of complex climatic installations via remote management systems. \- Know the applicable cantonal legislation in this field.
