Accounting Assistant with experience (M or F, 80%)

Main missions:

• Entry of accounting operations: recording of invoices, payment of invoices, entry of expense reports as well as expenses paid by credit cards
• Follow-up of debt collection proceedings and management of general expenses
• Document management: Filing and archiving of accounting documents
• Global administrative support: Daily administration including mail, secretarial work, office management, as well as precise supplier follow-up (orders, stock management)
• Reception and Telephone: Welcoming, directing, and responding to requests from clients, visitors, suppliers

Profile sought:

• Holder of a CFC in commercial employment or equivalent with significant experience in accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Perfect mastery of French, knowledge of German is an asset.
• IT skills: good mastery of Word, Excel, Outlook tools
• as well as good knowledge of the ERP WinBiz and mainly Odoo.
• An affinity for numbers, excellent writing skills, and irreproachable spelling.
• Autonomy, versatility.
• Familiarity with digital innovation, open to advancements such as AI and ChatGPT.
