The Stiftung Ulmenhof is the competence center for psychosocial support. With the experience from half a century, we will also shape the social therapeutic landscape of Switzerland in the future. Around 90 employees provide professional support for the families, adults and children entrusted to us at three locations. For our Therapy team of the Sozialtherapie Ulmenhof in Ottenbach and the Begleiteten Wohnen Fischerhuus in Birmensdorf, we are looking for a Psychologist, Social Pedagogue, Psychiatric Nursing Professional ## starting 1. December 2026 or by arrangement Focus on case management with adults in psychosocially stressful life circumstances Tasks: • In the Sozialtherapie Ulmenhof, you work within the reference person system with individuals, parents and couples in a stabilizing, developmental and resource-oriented manner and support them in learning new functional coping strategies and developing future prospects. Within the framework of case management, you accompany the individuals and parents during the entire therapy process with regard to psychological stabilization as well as social, residential and, if necessary, parenting competence. • In the assisted living (begleiteten Wohnen), you support our clients in coping with those challenges that self-determination brings, such as work, education and finances, but also health, leisure and relationship management. • You work closely in an interdisciplinary manner with our Care and Day Structure teams. • Within the framework of case management, you are in exchange internally with the Social Service and Administration and are in contact with the treating and involved external agencies. You bring with you: • Completed studies in psychology, social pedagogy or Fachhochschule FH/HF and several years of professional experience in an inpatient setting or in the addiction field • Specialist knowledge and experience with addictive disorders and their comorbidities • Interest in systemic work in a milieu-therapeutic context • Confidence and enjoyment in therapeutic conversation in individual, couple and group settings • Readiness to step in for care in our inpatient framework if required • Independence and team spirit, high resilience, ability for networked thinking and acting as well as communicative skills and humor • Driver's license Cat.
