These are your opportunities and tasks: With your technical understanding, you analyze malfunctions in PV systems and ensure fast and sustainable solution finding Through the monitoring of plant data, you recognize errors early and support the coordination of targeted measures With your organization, you coordinate service, maintenance, and repair assignments and support our service technicians with technical questions As a competent contact person, you look after our customers in 1st level support and process technical requests by telephone and in writing With your ideas, you continuously develop our service processes and digital tools What distinguishes you: Completed technical training (e.g., electrical installer, assembly electrician, automation technician, solar installer, or comparable) Several years of practical experience in a technical environment, ideally in the PV area You bring curiosity for new processes and use modern digital media efficiently and confidently You are an organizational talent and maintain an overview even when several tasks arise simultaneously You work independently, are reliable, and nevertheless enjoy pitching in as part of a team What we give back: We value every team member.
